How do you make your layouts?
Well, usually I first go hunting for stock images that I like. (sxc.hu is a good site) I then plan how I'd like the layout to look like (where I want the navigation to be, what color scheme to use, etc.). Then it's just a matter of designing. I mainly use GIMP to design and occasionally Photoshop CS3. Lastly, I code them in Notepad.
Can you teach me how to make layouts?!
First thing is that you should have basic knowledge of HTML and CSS. Try looking them up on google; there are plenty of tutorials available. As for specific layout making, here are some tutorials that helped me a lot while I was still learning the basics:

Can you please make me a layout?
Sometimes I do requests, but often I refuse... the simple reason being that I don't have that much free time anymore. You can try asking me, but don't expect a yes. If you have the right timing when I'm not busy and in a good mood, I just might make one for you. :)
